Online Event and Food Ticket Sales at Four Winds

We are now able to offer online ticket and food sales in advance via our new website. We have used Paypal as a secure financial gateway, although you do not have to have a Paypal account, you can still choose to pay by credit card. Paypal is perhaps the most widely known and used Internet 'payflow gateway' in the world today, used by millions of people every day (including those involved in eBay transactions).

Security
The Four Winds website has SSL (Secure Socket Layers) which ensures 128bit encryption of all information passed between pages. You will notice the pages that are encrypted start with "https://" rather than the normal "http://" and that there will be a padlock icon somewhere (depending on which browser you are using) on the frame of your browser window to indicate that the page is secure.

Privacy
Please be aware that we will be gathering information from you for the purposes of identification and postage if you do make a purchase and that we take your privacy very seriously. We will only use your details for the purpose that they were collected. Please see our privacy policy for more detail.

Proof of Purchase
You will need to bring valid concession identification if you are purchasing concession-priced tickets. This can be pensioner card(s), health care card(s) and/or full-time student card(s). If you are purchasing food items, you will need to print out the receipt that is emailed to you and bring it to the festival as proof of purchase. We will not be issuing tickets for food. We recommend you bring a copy of all receipts in case of any discrepancy.
